What can I expect from my Book My Stay property?

All our properties come fully furnished with high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens, essential toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, and a coffee machine. Most properties also offer access to pools, gyms, and other premium amenities

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM

For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. Additional charges may apply, subject to availability.

A refundable security deposit is collected before check-in to cover any potential damages. This deposit is returned within 72 hours after checkout, provided there are no damages.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed through the original mode of payment.

Yes, you can request date changes at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability. Extensions are also possible, but rate differences may apply.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email before your arrival. Some properties offer self-check-in, while others require key handover.

Some of our properties can accommodate extra beds or cots. Please contact our team in advance to check availability.

A booking confirmation, including payment details, house rules, and terms and conditions, will be emailed to you after payment is received.

Owner payouts are processed monthly and sent directly to your preferred bank account. You’ll receive a detailed report covering bookings, expenses, and any maintenance deductions.

Yes! As the owner, you have complete flexibility to block dates for personal use. Simply inform us in advance, and we’ll reserve the dates for you (subject to availability)

We offer turnkey furnishing and interior design services to make your property guest-ready. Our team can assist with:

    • Custom furnishing packages tailored to different budgets and styles
    • Interior styling for a high-end, hotel-like experience
    • Essential installations, including Wi-Fi, smart locks, and kitchen appliances

We coordinate regular professional cleaning and conduct routine maintenance checks to keep your property in top condition. Our network of trusted service providers ensures that any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Our management fees cover marketing, guest screening, cleaning, maintenance coordination, and customer support. Pricing is transparent and varies based on the property type and services selected. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Once onboarded, we can have your property professionally photographed, listed, and live within 7-10 days. If your property needs furnishing, this process may take longer based on the design package selected.

We take care of all short-term rental permits and compliances with local regulations, ensuring your property operates legally. Our team stays updated on Dubai’s rental laws to keep you fully covered.
